It is a comprehensive and confidential reporting tool that enables Ferguson to address concerns about alleged misconduct in our environment and to promote a healthy and safe experience for everyone.
Yes. Ethico’s call centers accept reports for our organization via telephone (877-864-2046) or the web form, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If reporting from the US and Canada, reporters can also text in the concern via the telephone line (877-864-2046).
Yes! As a reporter, you are NOT required to identify yourself, whether submitting your report by webform or by telephone (or by SMS if in the US or Canada). Providing your name is entirely optional.
At the completion of the reporting process, you will be provided a case number and passcode that will allow you follow-up on your case at a later time.
